[TYPO3] Problem with sr_feuser_register

I have installed sr_feuser_register but i can´t see some fields  
editing registers in the BE. Fields are created in the table but not  
shown when you edit or add a new user in the backend. Additionally,  
using the extension wil_importcsv to get users from a csv file, those  
fields are not shown and I really need, specially first name and last  
name.

I am using:

Typo3 4.1.2
sr_feuser_register 2.5.7
fh_library 0.0.19
newloginbox 3.1.0

Any suggestion?
