[TYPO3] Tip a friend - problem - ERROR: malformed or missing URL detected!

I have installed the Tip-A-Friend Plus and configured it as described in 
the manual.

But there are two problems:

1. The URLs for the recommended page are wrong and very loong. They look 
somthing like this:

http%3A%2F%2Fdomain.......om%252525252Fmail-form.html

I use CoolUri to generate my URLs and I wonder if I need to configure 
CoolUri in some way?

2. If I fill out the form I get the following error message eventhough 
everything is typed correctly:

"Error!
You didn't fill in all required fields or the email addresses was not 
valid!"

I would love to use Tip-A-Friend Plus.

So can anyone figure out what I am dooing wrong?
