[TYPO3] Sitemap with Subtitle AND Abstract

Hi List,

i'm looking for a way to display a sitemap (tt_content.menu.20.4) on a 
page which should additionally show the "subtitle" AND the "abstract" 
fields under the title // navtitle

at the moment i have the sitemap and it displays the title plus 
subtitle, which is overwritten by "abstract" (if set).

How can i display both, the subtitle AND the abstract??
