[TYPO3] Background images - again

Hello everyone!

This has been covered before, but there was no solution, as far as I  
could see.

What I need is to map the field "Files:" from the advanced page  
properties into a backend style. Like this:

<div id="example" style="background-image: url(fileadmin/backgrounds/ 
PICTURE_GOES_HERE); background-repeat: no-repeat;"></div>

How do I do that?
