[TYPO3] extension loads blank frame in BE

Hi,

I have 2.1.2 installed, and when i install the extension (key:) 
llxmltranslate when I try and switch to that module, the main frame is 
blank, like the extension is failing to load, but the rest of typo is 
still working.

any ideas? Thanks in advance for any hint.
