[TYPO3] tt_products - related products

Hi

I have a lot of products and each category has its own sys folder with the 
category and the categories products.
Each category is shown on it's own page.

Some products have related products from different categories and they get 
shown on the products single view ok, but it you then want to see a related 
product in single view, the page is empty because the single view is being 
generated on a page not containing the related product.

How do I get around this?
