[TYPO3] [REALURL] Url too long => 404 ?

Hi all,

I update a web sit eusing real url and I have an issue.
It seems to URL which are too long generate a 404 (when I am not 
connected as an admin in backend)

I can not find where I could be sure it is this probleme and how to 
resolve it.

Any help would be very nice.
