[TYPO3] playing shockwave video

Hi,

I have some shockwave/flash videos (actually screen recordings) that I 
want to place in a page. All the players/extensions embed the video 
directly into the page.

I tried creating a simple file link but in Firefox it opened the window 
in a new tab. I would like it to open in a new windows in the size of 
that flash video.

Which extension can do this?
