[TYPO3] I get the following appearing in the tree view above the tree itself

Sometimes in the right hand page too.

It never used to happen. The computer crashed and since I restarted this 
has happened. What does it mean? How do I fix it. It doesn't seem to 
stop me using typo3 but I have to keep scrolling down to see the tree.
