[TYPO3] Announcement: RealURL 1.2

Hi Dimitry

Thanks for trying to improve realurl as we still need it for our php4.0pages.

Unfortunately the document is not all all reachable on typo3.org

You always get redirected to the index of all docs!

Our first trials led us only getting fatal errors after several retires
like.
* Fatal error*: Maximum execution time of 500 seconds exceeded in *
D:\xampp\htdocs\wec\www.wec.abc\t3lib\class.t3lib_div.php* on line *2394

*We read the documentation (which came with the extension) and tried to
follow all the explanations.

Fortuately we were able to switch back to 1.4. as the automatic
updatefunction doesn't seem to work for 1.2 too. 1.4. is working fine now
again!
