[TYPO3] help - nc_staticfilecache do not create cache files

Hello all,

i installed the nc_static file cache. realurl is running well.
On loading a page i have a error:

/home/httpd/vhosts/***-online.de/httpdocs/typo3_src-4.1.2/t3lib/class.t3lib_div.php 
on line 2438


It looks like t3 will read the cached files, but can´t find one.
After installing nc_staticfilecache there is no 
typo3temp/tx_ncstaticfilecache folder. I create one and give apache 
right to write. But after clear cache in BE the folder is gone away!

Can someone help me?
