[TYPO3] pixe_feediting - toolbar visible for non-admin user?

if you work with frontend you see the generated menu - it doesn't 
affectt anything that because menus has been created with TypoScript 
templates and the plugin doesn't handle at all those.
But if you click ton another page, it should not be editable.
