[TYPO3] corrupted t3lib?

Hi all

 

It seems to be one of those days . I have compared database, and maybe in
doing so have stuffed something up . I am getting errors in the back end .

I can't view any information under "web" or "file" in my page tree. "User",
"tools" and "help" show the errors first, then the correct info, and
clearing caches results in
