[TYPO3] Direct Mail CSV import problem

Typo3 4.1.1
Directmail 2.x

I'd like to import Email addresses using the CSV import function of the 
Directmail extension. Unfortunately when i do so, nothing is being written 
in the "name" field of the tt_addresse table, I've tried different versions 
of CSV here's an example:

name, email, module_sys_dmail_html
John Miller, me at there.com,1
Lucky Luck, luck at luck.com,1
Daisy Duck, daisy at duck.ch,1
Mickey Mouse, mickey at mouse.com,1

Please, pleeaasee help ;-)
