[TYPO3] htrmlarea alt + title text not visible

Hello,

I just replaced upgraded the htmlarea 1.4.4 (I´m running Firefox  
2.0.0.3) as a sysext.

But now the prefilled alt + title text that I specified in the  
language-file are not visible

when I want to add a link.

Was wondering if it was a cache problem.

I have removed all htmlarea*.js in temp + cleared browser cache but  
no luck.

Does anybody have any idea what could cause this.
