This is an error in some cases, in others it is false error. The problem
is that internally the code in TCEforms cannot understand if it is error
or not. To this code it always looks like error.

See above. Itried to fix this once but it will rquire really big change
in core, which is unlikely to pass through core quality control because
of complexity of the change.

I do not solve it. I tell them to ignore this message :)

Pretty active. All recent TV questions went there. I myself give
extended answers about TV there because it is focused mailing list,
which is much easier to search for TV problems.
