[TYPO3] Bugatti -> how to build menu in TS?

Hello,

I'd like to 'simulate' flash menu's logic & navigation using static page 
(non-flash) and TypoScript.
The exact menu is on the page: 
http://www.bugatti-cars.de/bugatti/index.html.
Idea is quite simple:
- top level shows actual 'site path'
- bottom level displays submenu of selected page.

The main question is how to change submenus content (bottom level) while 
selecting pages.
