[TYPO3] url encoding typolinks

Hi Andrew. Try this:
http://www.typo3wizard.com/en/snippets/general-config/tip-a-friend-link-mit-typoscript-erstellen.html
It will generate correct RealURL links to Tip-a-Friend..
