[TYPO3] Modern guestbook and a link field

Hello,

What i want is to see the modern guestbook (list vieuw) and a link to 
another page on the same page.
The link must be something like this "schrijven in het gastenboek".

What's the best way to achieve this.
Im trying to achieve it with a Flexible Content Element but no success so 
far.
