[TYPO3] dkd_redirect_at_login not compatible with kb_md5fepw

Extensions which try to xclass parts of the core might cause problems
together with other extension trying to xclass the same part of the core.

Besides that, dkd_redirect_at_login was not written with TYPO3 4.0.x in 
mind. Chances are that the extension might not work at all when used with
TYPO3 4.0.x.
