[TYPO3] Extra wrap after x item?

Hi

How it could be possible to add extra wrap after X item,
for exampe 8th item?

Following menu on left is made manually:
http://oluthuone.xetnet.com/
But I would do that automatic in order to avoid
possible errors.
After 'Milenka' I would need extra wrap (</tr><tr>).


In order to cut the entire menu I would need to count
1. and 2. together and then cut - that presumably would
not succeed. That's why on the base of quantity but
I don't understand explations of LOAD_REGISTER to user
counter by TS (counters and if statement are difficult
in TS).
