[TYPO3] sg_cropscale image quality

You might want to play with some settings in the install tool.
Specially the PNG settings.

Typo3 calls something GIF  when it can generated PNG, and PNG
needs to get enabled to tell it to use full color images.
Kinda historical oddness :D
