[TYPO3] Template showing on pages without access

Hi list,

Does anybody know why typo3 is showing the template  
(css_styled_content) of my website on pages i can't access without a  
password.

No content gets rendered, but the template is showing. Normally you  
would see the error page.

It works on pages that have accessrights (and the include subpages is  
switched on), but none of the subpages redirect to the error page.  
You get the template without the content.

is this a bug, or i feature that i can turn off somewhere.
