[TYPO3] meta tag substitution

[Cray Flatline]

I have such beautiful snippet. And it works (:

config.noPageTitle = 2
page.headerData.20 = TEXT
page.headerData.20.field = subtitle // title
page.headerData.20.wrap = <title>|, additional words for title</title>

But I need some additional things. For example I need to add such extra 
words for meta tags description and keywords. (: I tried to make it by 
yourself, but didn't find the way to. Can somebody help me with Such an 
strange idea? (:
