[TYPO3] mw_imagemap - thumbnail is not viewable

Hi

In my Existing Image Maps the pictures are not viewable.

They have paths like:

typo3temp/tx_mwimagemap/84bd5dc44e47b83cc110979d9b3b3f47

with no file extension.

Is it a bug or have I missed a configuration?
