There are really too many possible approaches for anyone on the list
to provide a useful answer without more information from /you/.

How do you /want/ to do it?
How would you approach the problem in html/css alone (i.e. if you were
not using a cms)?
Do you have a working html/css implementation that you want to
transfer to TYPO3? (Hint: this /should/ be your first step...)
