I don't use this extension.  But if you don't hear anything back from this
mailing list, I'd suggest you post the problem on
http://webempoweredchurch.com/support/community/forum/single_conf/ministry-tools/staff-directory/.
Those guys are very responsive and helpful.  After all, it's them who made
the extension.  Just a thought.
