Well, just add them to RTE.default.classesTable.

If you want to extend an existing list, you can also use the  
following syntax:

RTE.default.classesTable := addToList(class1, class2)

and define the corresponding classes to your CSS file.

If that's not the answer, then I'm afraid I don't understand your  
question :-)
