[TYPO3] Hook is not called in just ONE installation, why?

Thanx for your hints. Did all that, but still on that instalation the hook
is just not called/executed and I don't see any reason. As the TYPO Part is
identical it must be something different, not having any idea what.

I worked around using an USER_INT, but like to find the reason anyway.
