[TYPO3] Menus, custom first item and ACT

- Look at adding the paeg uid to each tab - there is a property in the
TMENUITEMS that will let you do this, and ten simply adjust your
css/html to work with that.
- Or look a making a series of menus as all part of a COA object
there are two methods that should be able to get you what you want.
