[TYPO3] TinyRTE - Paragraphs and Line Breaks

So this is an example of why I don't like TinyRTE:-

* In the RTE I add 4 lines (e.g. 1[return]2[return]3[return]4)
* Saving it and using the HTML source button I see 4 lines wrapped in
grouping single paragraph tag
* I add another line to the end ([return]5)
* Saving it and using the HTML source button I see 5 separate
paragraphs!

This is the main reason I don't like TinyRTE; it appears to totally mess
with your formatting giving you no control.

I am using the default configuration for TinyRTE.
