[TYPO3] Shorting realurl path

Can I have an example of setting up realurl for this goal?

I have a general folder, CompanyFolder, containing other pages, like 
WhoWeAre, Addresses, Contacts, etc.

I would like that
	/CompanyFolder/WhoWeAre
	/CompanyFolder/Addresses
	/CompanyFolder/Contacts

are displayed and retrieved as
	/WhoWeAre
	/Addresses
	/Contacts

I imagine localconf may be configured for that, but I cannot understand how.
