Please use a newsreader. The calendar newsgroup doesn't have a mailinglist.

You have to configure the locale of you whole typo3 system like:
config.language=dk
config.locale_all=dk_DK
maybe
config.locale_all=dk_DK.utf8
if you want to use utf8
