[TYPO3] site blank after upgrading from 3.8 to 4.1

Thanks all who replied.  I was surprised to realize that the Template
Auto-parser was removed during the upgrade.  It's in neither the Loaded
extensions list nor the installed extensions list.  I imported it again
from  TER.  How could that be?  The site shows up fine now.
