[TYPO3] Import an Access Database

Hi! I have a buch of data in Access database, and containing an email of 500
users. I would like to add this data into my typo3 user's e-mail. is there
any method how to do it or do I really have to do it manually?(this one i
would not prefer unless no other way)

I'm using Microsoft Access 2003, and Typo 4.0.2 with mysql 4.1.11, I already
have 500 users in my typo3 system with no e-mail, this is because  in the
early of user input we have nothing to do with the e-mail address, but now
we need them.

IN CASE YOU MIGHT NEED SUCH OPERATIONS LATER: I WOULD INSTALL THE MYSQL ODBC 
DRIVER, DEFINE THE REQUIRED DSN USING THE "ODBCAD32.EXE" FOR CONNECTING TO 
THE MYSQL DATABASE THRU ODBC. AND THEN CREATE AT THE MS ACCESS FILE "LINK 
TABLES" TO THE MYSQL DATABASE OF TYPO3. THEN WRITE A SIMPLE SQL QUERY TO 
TRANSFER THESE EMAILS FROM THE ACCESS LOCAL TABLE TO THE MYSQL TYPO3 TABLE.
