Hi!

I had similar problems with IIS last year when I was doing some scripts in 
PHP. Then I installed Apache. You have to play around with Sharing (in 
Windows explorer - left click on folder > properties > sharing) and also you 
have to turn of Simple sharing (in Windows explorer - tools > folder options 
 > view), find "use simple file sharng" and turn it off (even it's 
recommended to be on). Hope this will help.
