[TYPO3] Update Reference Index with CLI in Version 4.1

Hi all

I just upgraded a big TYPO3 Site and can't update the reference index.
I put the execution time to 1000, but still not enough.

You can also run the check as a shell script if the processing takes 
longer than the PHP max_execution_time allows:
/home/wm_fairunterwegs/www2/typo3/sysext/lowlevel/dbint/cli/refindex_cli.phpsh

I tried with cli ...

But there isn't a file like refindex_cli.phpsh?

Is this not working with the new Version?
