[TYPO3] install extension: failed to open stream: No such file or directory...

Hello.

I get an "error" each time I install a new extension. Happens when I click 
"Make updates" or "Install". It does not seem to affect anything - but I was 
just wondering what could be the source. Is my cache working at all?? etc.
