[TYPO3] Can not install extensions.

With extentions I have written I encountered such a problem too.

Most time somehow blank line bevore <?php and/or after  ?> caused 
problems while installing the t3x file.
Seems TYPO3 can not handle empty lines on the beginning/end if php fils 
correctly. But I never tracked down this to the real reason.
