[TYPO3] [Extension PI] Transform link to a

Hi everybody.

I have an extension taht take form Db some RTE content with <LINK tag.
I want to transform tham to normal <a> tag without using pi_RTEcssText 
because it is doing much more than just create link.

Does someone have an advice ?
