Sorry, I found it is inbuilt in Typo3 by googling - Typo3 "edit panel"

(Tutorial for other peeps reference -

I've just noticed the edit, create, move etc toolbars in your front-end.
What extension allows you to do this?

I have installed the extension and it is great, thanks Tapio 8)

I have just one problem: I am trying to set the "Max. number of
submodules" in the extension manager, but whatever I set it to, it
always displays 3 sub-modules?

official 4.1 doesn't have need plugin (topapps)
tm_shared_lib version 0.0.4 needs 'topapps' installed + checkboxes 
checked. I have made an evaluation version, which is not dependend on 
that plugin but that is not available now from TER.
