[TYPO3] Extension Manager not updating?

Hello.

Okay this is starting to bug me. My Extension Manager is updated to the 
latest version. (last update: 18-03-07 11:36) However when I search for 
extensions my results is very outdated compared to the version I can 
download from www.typo3.org : Latest version of templavoila in my Extension 
Manager is 1.1.1 - but at the website I can download 1.3.0 ? Further more a 
lot of extensions seems to be missing in my Extension Manager e.g. "TER 
Update Check". Is this normal behavior?
