I have the latest 4.1 installed, and I only have the three default 
backend menu types available.  I really like the tabbed menus across the 
top of your demo installation.  In the user setup (on your demo site) I 
see this additional option:

Two level menu on top frame

Do you know what I would need to change, to enable this option?
