[TYPO3] Language links

Hi again!

I need to add the language-tag (eg. L=2) behind the present url, and I 
can't figure it out. Example:

Current url:
http://www.mysite.com/index.php&id=100

When I click the language flag I need:
http://www.mysite.com/index.php&id=100&L=2

I want to stay on the current page, so the link has gotta be more or 
less dynamic.

Think it's pretty straight forward, but I'm lost. Any ideas?
