[TYPO3] after update to 4.1, news_feedit not working (RTE problem?!?)

Hello 

Since the update to typo3 4.1 I can't use the news_feedit extension any 
longer. When I want to use it I geth:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method tx_mthfeedit::getDynTabLevelState() 
in /home/httpd/vhosts/jublawil.ch/subdomains/jungwacht/httpdocs/jw/typo3_src/typo3/sysext/rtehtmlarea/class.tx_rtehtmlarea_base.php 
on line 932


So ist this caused by the newer RTE editor? Anyone knows a fix for it? Its 
mthfeedit false right?

BTW: Anyone has an idea how to tell mthfeedit to use another richt text editor 
like tinyRTE?
