[TYPO3] IMAGE.stdWrap.typolink.parameter.field does not work

BTW there is another strange thing: when I'm trying to use the copy
operator or any operators except '=' while editing the DS of FCE, TV
says (in the BackEnd, when editing an inserted FCE on a page):

Data Structure ERROR: Line 27: not well-formed (invalid token)

Is it possible that these are caused by the same thing?
I dont know, maybe some default limitations in the install tool?

I run TYPO 4.0 and TV 1.3.0
