[TYPO3] No images when running export/import .t3d from 3.5-->4.1

Hello!

I am facing the following problem:

I have to upgrade an old TYPO3 3.5 installation to TYPO3 4.1. I would 
like to move page-structure and -content by using the export/import-t3d 
tool. However, when I do this, only text gets migrated, links to images 
in /uploads/pics/ and /typo3temp/ seems to get lost.

When I import the same .t3d into another 3.5 installation, text+images 
are migrated correctly.

What do I miss here? I had a look at the "Upgrade Wizard" from the 
Install Tool but playing with the settings there did not have any result.

Any ideas?
