Hi, I'm looking for an extension to handle questionnaires, where users can be identifies by a link, mailed to them prior to their participation. Is there an extension that can do the trick or do I have to add some php-code myself? The result must be collected in a db-table, where the above mentioned identifier can be used as an identifier.
