[TYPO3] can't access galileo awstats any longer, forbidden

Hello

I can't figure out why but whenver I try to open the url
typo3conf/ext/galileo_awstats/awstats/cgi-bin/awstats.pl?config=typo3
(which comes from the awstats menu: open report) I get:

Forbidden
You do not have permission to access this document.

I don't know where to start... Is this a problem of my hoster? Perl should 
work by the way. I have no idea, especially because it worked like a charm 
some weeks ago.
