[TYPO3] Export and fileadmin woes

Hi,

 

I have just exported and imported a T3 website form one server to
another and it has the same problem as what it always has when I export:

 

I import the t3d file and it works fine apart from the fileadmin folder.
The files go all over the place, it creates folders e.g. default_FILES
and it changes the urls in my css and html files.

 

Oh, and do you always have to install the required plugins manually
before importing?
